Digital Photography is used during the inspection process to document structural failures, conditions leading to structural failures, hazardous conditions, etc.. I employ a "Canon SD1200" Digital camera system. I deliver the digital photography and PDF encrypted inspection report via email using an "Adobe Photoshop" photo sharing presentation. You can simply view, print or download the files directly to your computers hard drive, CD or USB storage device.

Water intrusion and resulting damage have become one of the most important issues involving the Real Estate transaction. Mold, Fungus, Dry Rot and Termite damage are all advanced with the presence of excessive moisture. I use a Tramex MEP moisture meter during the inspection where applicable. A Pro Vision PV100 fiber optic borescope is also available for use during the inspection where applicable.

Electrical supply, distribution, use and demand are constantly changing as our electrical consumption requirements increase in residential and commercial properties. I provide an Ideal Suretest Circuit Analyzer for use during the inspection.

During the course of an inspection, I will be using a hand held flashlight system. Larger structures can require hours of continual use, thus taxing the system. I carry (2) Mag-Lite Rechargeable 30,000 candle power flashlight systems on all inspections, eliminating down time for purchasing batteries and or another system.
